As a professional artist, I love trying new things. Last fall I tried POSCA markings on the gas tank and fenders of a custom Harley for a customer. Man I'm addicted to them. They're perfect for thick lines and detail, and MUCH easier to control than with a brush. I love that they create a solid line of color and I haven't had a single marker that had issues. I ordered 3 markers this size and 3 large tipped markers as I was preparing to work with metal because I know how deep the paint will go. I used 1 tip of each size for various lines and detail, and even for the entire gas tank and both fenders I didn't use anywhere near a full marker on any of the open ones. I was surprised. I've used leftover markers in some experimental work on canvas and I love how the color comes out of the marker and how well it settles on the canvas. I also use them to sign finished work done with a brush or other technique. It's actually easier to sign your name with them than trying to use a brush or other marker. If you have never used POSCA markers I would highly recommend them. They are amazing.
