Review on πŸ“± Snugg Red Leather iPod Touch Wallet Case with Card Slots and Stand - Legacy Series by Isaac Simpson

although the photo looks suspiciously like an iPhone

READ THE WARNING BELOW For those interested, they will send you an iPod case even though the photo looks suspiciously like an iPhone. It fits my 5th generation iPod Touch perfectly. The case that the iPod snaps into is made of plastic. I will report bad wear. The case is not suitable as a wallet. It has two card slots and a "hidden" pocket. When two cards are inserted into the slots, the case does not close flush. Absurdly, if you put another in a "hidden" pocket, it will open. So don't plan on stuffing it. Two cards and a bill or two is the way to go if you don't want them to stand out. [because you have to fold the bills at least once and most likely twice to fit] I'm not sure why the sleeve has a loophole. As far as I understand how the loop works, it can't work with this hole. ATTENTION! This case is very magnetic. The clasp is magnetic when attached to both the lid and back, allowing the clasp and lid to be held behind the iPod during use [which is very convenient and useful]. This burned out the magnetic stripe on my Safeway Club card. My credit card seems to be intact so far [because it still works]. My suggested use: Ideally use this wallet only for ID and cash, although my credit card seems to be intact so far. Keep inferior magnetic cards such as B. membership cards and especially gift cards, away from this wallet [don't risk deleting them!]. Keep them in a separate wallet, preferably in a completely different place [trouser pocket, purse compartment, etc.].

Pros
  • Always liked it
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
