I love this waist trainer. It is comfortable and breathable. I don't feel that it is super harsh on the body. I do wish that I had ordered one size smaller as the fabric does give slightly. However, I've had it for one week now and am already beginning to see results. Yay!

- I'm 5.1 and it was too long for my short torso. Ended up returning it.
