Holds more than a toothbrush!
It seems to hold double row toothbrushes quite easily. However, I bought this bag to carry reusable metal straws in my work backpack. Holds 3-4 straws, and the inner tabs designed to hold toothbrushes in place work well enough to separate unused straws from those I've used, rinsed, and carried home for a good one to get laundry. I needed a longer case to fit the straw - other toothbrush holders I've reviewed here at Revain weren't long enough. I am happy with my purchase.
