Not what I expected

Beautiful, well-tailored coat with a strong zip and press studs. It's more fitted than I expected but the length of the sleeves and the length of the coat are perfect. What disappointed me the most was the heat reflective layer that is only on the upper back. The main reason I bought the coat was this layer and I thought the entire interior was reflective. Not sure if this will be the ultra warm coat I need for Northeast Ohio.
