For the price they can be as cheap as I can find. I've been cleaning for 9 years. I love erasers! They have a slightly different shape than usual and therefore fit better in my small hand. However, due to their density and resistance to soapy water, around faucet fittings or anything else that has an edge, they won't last long. About the same as in the Dollar Store or Walmart brands. Well if you wash regular dishes, countertops or anything smooth and promise to get really wet, this is for you! I keep 100 packs (a cheap garbage bag) in my SUV with my other cleaning products. I take one of each (these and "good ones") to each house. I use them on porcelain sinks, toilets, granite countertops and any smooth surface I can get them really wet on. Then I use the tougher ones for more complex tasks, like those who can't resist bars of soap or feel that wetting and washing should happen at the same time! I also use it to wash stainless steel plates, glasses and cutlery. The tiny pores in these sponges are designed to hold small particles. Yes, they should also ERASE and disappear like an eraser on a pencil. Then you won't have those foul-smelling "sponges" hanging out in your sink with last week's leftovers. Because of the lower quality of the erasers I only give 4 stars. They arrived very quickly and the order was accurate. As I said, with the roughly 50% discount ($0.33 per 100 carats) I usually pay at Dollar Tree ($2/1) for erasers of the same quality, but can get 100 at a time and I don't have to stand in these lines in this heat. I would love to come here to Revain and save $17 plus gas and heat stroke! :) Not to mention a 5% donation to my son's school band/music department! :)
