The battery appears to charge normally.
I used this panel to keep my ring camera battery going. When installed, the battery was 69% charged. During the day the battery was fully charged and I was able to change my ring camera settings to record longer videos with motion and be more sensitive to motion. After more than a week of use and multiple daily viewings, the battery was still 100% charged.
