I ordered these for use in my garden fountain to replace the old ones I had that no longer worked. Everything seemed fine when I received it, but when I opened the package I found that only half worked and the other half didn't. The ones that didn't work was the battery cover which was clamped at an angle making it very difficult if not impossible to unscrew to check/replace the batteries. And one was cracked at the top, so even if it worked, it couldn't be used in the water as intended. contacted customer support. They responded quickly and gave me 2 options on how to deal with it. 1 full refund and keep the ones that worked, discard the ones that didn't work, or 2 get a replacement kit at no additional cost. I picked up a free replacement kit but have not received a new kit and have not heard from them. A month has passed since the last reply. I turned back to her and asked what was going on. Will update if I ever get an answer/new set to replace. UPDATE: They replied to me after I contacted them a second time. I was told it was out of stock and once it was in stock they would send me a replacement. A few days later I get a notification that they are back in stock and they are shipped to me. A few days later I had a new set in my hands. I took off half the start for not replying on the 1st and had to check back in to get a reply. And I'm taking off half a star because I call myself "Bro." I found it funny but a bit unprofessional to be asked twice about a problem and how I would like to solve it.
