I was very excited to install them even though I didn't have much time to do so. let me tell you something Assembling the sticks was easy, although the instructions were very basic and confusing. The problem I had was that each circle had to hold 4 balloons, but I could only add 2 at a time because whenever I placed the 3rd balloon the other 2 would come loose, which pissed me off. After wrestling with them for a long time I was able to make the two kits you see in the picture and left myself a bunch of unused material so I'll probably find a more durable product next time.
