I'm 5ft 10", 140lbs and size M fits me very comfortably. The sleeves and legs are long enough. The fabric is really very soft. The waist band isn't really needed as the pants have an elastic waistband. And the pants were missing a bunch of dots, but in one spot that covers the top (no big deal. I don't wear them for a date). They wash wonderfully too. When I opened the package when they arrived all the dots were stuck together. I only got points because the solid navy blue was not in my size. They're not sticky anymore since I washed them.
