I wish I could love this printer but I can't. First, the ink is ridiculously expensive. It is very important to research ink prices for any printer you are planning to buy. For the most part, this printer does an excellent job of printing. However, after just a few years I got the "b200 error" which basically means my printer isn't doing anything else. The printer is absolutely fine - nothing broken, no weird noises, no anomalies at all, just this error out of nowhere. I did some research on the b200 error and this is a common occurrence with Canon printers. Canon's solution to this problem is to replace the printer. I tried various methods I found online to bypass the error but none of them worked. The public perception is that Canon designs its products to fail and need to be replaced. Not only should a printer at this price last a lot longer than this, but given the current state of the landfill, it's irresponsible for Canon to follow this business model, to say the least. Do your research before you buy this or any other Canon printer. . I'm far from the only one with a Canon printer that self-destructs for no reason.
