Poor quality at Novelty & Gag Toys
The product is cheap, not suitable for children. We got it for our bird feeder, but before that our little one wanted to play with it a bit. After about 5 minutes of play, her hands were blue. The color is very cheap. I took it from her and decided to use it on the bird feeder anyway and just twirled it on the pole for 2 minutes and my hands turned blue again. Serves only one purpose for now.
