I gave this charger 2 stars (don't like it) and not one just because I haven't seen it in action. By that I mean I've set it up, the light is on, but it hasn't started charging my phone yet. I have sent 2 emails to seller support asking for assistance but no response yet and it has been 6 weeks. I didn't reclaim it, I asked for help in case it was my fault, or maybe I just did something wrong (although there's not much that can go wrong, plug it in, put your phone on it). I left the phone charged for up to 6 hours. about 6 times and it hasn't charged the phone to 1% yet. I've been waiting to write a review to give the seller a chance to make this sale right, but since they didn't try to contact me and Revain asked me to write this review, here it is. Also, it has now been more than 30 days so I can eat this product since it was paid for and I don't want to waste money.
