First. most of this plastic. The only "metal" I found was the hose cable housing. Therefore, do not use wrenches when installing and do not overtighten. The water pressure out of the box is TERRIBLE! I had to remove the flow restrictors on both the hand shower and the rain unit to get adequate pressure. The part is black on the hand shower and red on the rain unit. I used pliers to pull both out. See photos. The suction cup for the handheld device is pretty good. It's been there for 2-3 days and hasn't fallen over. I really assume this will happen eventually, as is the case with all suction cups, if the vacuum seal fails and you just have to reinstall it.
