The headset worked with the correct radio and was easy to fit. The sound quality from the speaker was loud and clear. Others say they can hear me loud and clear and I don't have to shout to be heard. I work in a noisy, noisy and echogenic environment. The only problem is that the red rubber ear tips tear easily. The rubber is very soft and the hard plastic insert breaks after a single use. It is impossible to repair a silicone eartip due to its design and small size. If you think you won't like the white mushroom caps, I would suggest ordering additional headphones.
