I currently use a Rode Procaster but have used many different styles, types and brands of mics (MXL, Shure, Audio Technica) are a thing of the past. This shock is perfect for the Procaster and the included 20mm adapter is perfect for threading. Based on the photos I was initially concerned about the quality of the construction of the mount that connects the mic stand, but after receiving it I can say that it feels over-the-top and fairly solid. This is probably the nicest and most stable third-party shock mount I've ever used. Maybe there are better ones for the price but this one is good enough.
