Great! I wanted something small enough to fit both my cartilage piercing and my lobes and it is perfect. I used 6mm for the cartilage and 8mm and 10mm for the lobes. It's hard to hit the petals inside because the caliber is larger, but once inside you don't feel them at all. Very happy with it!
