2 packs ordered. Both came together in the same box, but both had their paper sleeves open. The first arrived completely torn but the paper inside was undamaged. The other had the packaging open at one end. Again, the paper inside was not damaged. Since the paper wasn't damaged, I'm keeping this product and not sending it back. If you are selling a "second choice" item, you must indicate this in the item description.
