We ordered this after returning another flag pole. What a difference. This is quality thru and thru. We purchased it for our trailer. We also purchased a Sunnytech 3rd Gen light that sits on the top of the pole and the "Tire mount for Large Diameter Portable Flagpole" stand. The insert that came with the flag pole fit perfectly (tightly) inside the Stand for a much better fit. With only 3 outtings so far, a number of people have commented on the quality of the pole. VERY HAPPY with it. The only weak link is the snap clips that hold the flags to the pole clips. After 2 of them broke I upgraded the carabiner spring clips to a bit heftier set. Flying 2 flags in 15-20 mph winds has been no problem. 20 ft is too high for my trailer so I do not extend the bottom section out all the way to get the aprox 17 feet. I did drill a hole about 6 inches from the bottom thru the stand and the pole so I could put an adjustable Coupler Latch Lock on it. I dont want someone to easily remove it!
