Review on EinScan by Jeff Talcott

I frequently shop at EinScan's online store, but I wasn't pleased with the service I got. I didn't find their customer care to be up to par, despite their claims that they have a staff of knowledgeable engineers and technicians dedicated to offering the best service and support. I contacted their customer service department for help when I had a problem with a product I had bought from their website. However, I didn't find them to be helpful or responsive. My dissatisfaction was only increased by their lack of help and contact. I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise I got. It fell short of my expectations, and in order to complete the task, I had to make additional purchases. Overall, I wouldn't advise people to shop from EinScan's website. Despite having capable engineers and technicians, their customer service and product quality are lacking.
