I bought this for my little girl who is 10 years old but she is very small and petite. She is 48 inches tall and only 54 pds and only wore 7/8 for about 5-6 months. Some of the dresses I buy for her are still a bit too big. But this one fit absolutely perfectly, I was worried because I had bought her several other onesies and some of them were too big in the bust area. We all know we don't want to show it on our little girls. She loves it. I bought it to wear to church as a dressier jumpsuit. It fit perfectly and wasn't cramped under the armpits like some. Very satisfied!
