I used them to support the center legs of the bed frame. I also placed 2 inch leg risers at the head of the frame to create a sloped sleeping surface that is great for treating/preventing GERD. Fasonla's risers are attractive and seem strong enough to last a lifetime, but having just received them it's too early to know that they won't come loose over time. One note - I want the height to be 1 inch from the base to the bottom of the small recessed area at the top, not 3/4 inch. or 7/8" actually (can't remember which one). I suggest Fasonla adjust these specs. But I knew the actual measurements from the chart on the sales page so it wasn't a surprise. Fasonla is made in Vietnam , so my purchase supports a developing country and helps diversify the global supply chain a bit.
