too much friction - you can't move folders without lifting them

Unfortunately, this filing cabinet has a key disadvantage that makes working with folders difficult. Where the small metal hooks slide, hundreds of riveted metal wire ends stick out where the mesh was welded to the "binder rails". This means when you want to browse your folders or open one, the folder hooks snap into the raised grid. To move/open/add any folder, you need to first go to the folders you want to move and then place the checkmarks at the desired location. Defect. If you're not serious about files, this little guy will do it for you. It's small, cute, rolls well on wheels, and is affordable. Unfortunately, if you hate any kind of friction in your organizational structure, this document cube has the most friction in managing folders I've ever tried. I bought it in March. 17th, 2014 so I've had it for about a year and a month. I've been through taxes, dozens of paychecks, receipts, legal papers, etc. GTD's David Allen says filing should be fun and this little filing cube saves me filing paperwork =(. To be honest a plastic filing cabinet, the one I had before was better I can do it couldn't find it, but it was something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Storex-Portable-Storage-Drawer-61523U01C/dp/B002JGJ47S/ref=sr_1_2?dh=UTF8&qid=1429407171&sr=8-2&keywords=plastic+file +cabinet open air file system. I've been waiting until now to write this review because I've gone all the way with this filing cabinet and now I'm in the market for a new filing cabinet, I've attached a picture showing how the file hooks snagging on the protruding grid and the resulting tension when I try to open a folder.
