My daughter is a beautician and we have had problems with platinum hair in the last few processes having had no problems before. For some reason he left some pretty bad brass through the top of his head that won't produce anything. So we decided to give it a try. Apparently I didn't read correctly. I washed my hair with shampoo and then applied it and then just washed it off. The second time I didn't shampoo it, it was EXCELLENT. No brass, it was pure platinum. I highly recommend it. this dries out the hair, but this can be corrected after the procedure. You can condition it severely and then go back to normal.
