I received these USB camera extenders with a short cable that couldn't reach the port on the back of my computer. It connected normally, but the computer either didn't recognize the device, or the picture and sound were interrupted or distorted when recognized. I thought maybe I just had a bad cable, but there were two packs and the same thing happened to both. I also tried downloading from a flash drive inserted in it, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.
