Review on Incase Collection Backpack Heather Gunmetal by Lynn Woodcock

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty much what I was asking for with a few zips

I've been using a city pack for 4 years until last month the zips broke. It has served me well most of the time but had some quality issues with the lace and the plastic on the zipper, some broke after a year but it is still usable as the laces are still intact. After the zippers themselves broke I'm looking for an alternative. After googling and trying a few in stores I found the urban backpack to be my choice due to the design and number of compartments. (I especially like the side pockets that I keep my keys and ID in. So I bought these again but in a different color. The first thing I noticed when I received the bag were some design changes. The lower front pocket was gone and the inner material has changed the straps seem to be a bit reinforced which seems good but time will tell Overall this is a great bag at this price point I can't think of a better alternative at the moment find it, I hope it lasts at least 4 years like the old one.
