During quarantine, I used a corner of my bedroom as an office. One of the downsides of letting the kids work in my kitchen is that I don't have a microwave handy to warm up my coffee! This little device was delivered, but only within the first month of use. The heat kept my coffee warm, especially when I reached the bottom of the cup. Based on helpful feedback, I tried using the flattest bottomed cups I had. The problem was that I wanted to take the device with me to take it to another part of the room. The power light was off and I haven't used it for several days. BUT it was hot in the middle and burned my hand. (No dangerous burn or anything.) I immediately turned it off. When I later tried to use it again, it broke off every time I picked up the mug to take a sip. So something went wrong there. My advice is to keep this in mind, especially if you have toddlers within reach, and consider turning it off when not in use. I was able to return the Revain unit on the last day of an acceptable return. Happy!
