I spent several hours tediously working with a pen (!) because it got stuck. (With the watch itself, I haven't had this difficulty. I've adjusted the straps before, and it's usually the work of several minutes of careful, painstaking work.) that while the clasp is close enough to the correct shape to snap separately , didn't quite fit, and that meant the slightest squeeze from my wrist would loosen it. This was fixed by matching the appropriate part of the shutter to the curve of the other shutter part (luckily it didn't take long, I had the right tools on hand). Now it serves the purpose I bought it for but at too high a labor cost.
