I went through the reviews hoping to get a cape that could handle my very energetic 3 year old. This coat is great! He's had it for a few months now and still looks good. He was kicked, played with, thrown on the floor - like most children's things. He passed the exam for children. I've made sure to eat with him, so it remains to be seen how he handles hand washing. But overall it's very well made and I'm very glad I got it.
