If I had rated this upon receipt I would have given it one star maybe two. Sound quality was reasonable, but this thing kept turning itself off when it wasn't supposed to; the battery died five minutes after shutdown; it was PITA that had to be reconnected; and after two months, a buzzing noise began to appear over the audio signal. So I wrote to them and they sent me a replacement - no hassle at all. This one works great. It stays on (in Tx mode) so the headphones I'm using connect immediately; I leave it on so I don't really know the battery life. and (so far) no buzzing noises. One downside is a noticeable audio delay, maybe half a second or so. I can't fault this device though - it seems to have a number of modes to reduce this lag, but I don't think the headphones support any of them. So five stars for the device itself; Give the Golvery product support staff one star and subtract half a star from the quality department for bringing the original products to market.
