Review on Wisconsin Badgers Collegiate Outerwear Small by Vania Puckett

Great coat! It is soft on the inside and waterproof on the outside. It feels very well made. It has two Velcro straps made of very strong Velcro, one on the dog's neck and the other on the stomach. We just left the neck closed, tucked it over the head and the other under the stomach with Velcro. The coat also has a fleece collar that can be worn around the neck/collar. I bought the medium for my 20lb dog (see photo) and it fits. I would like it a little tighter (rather loose around her stomach and slides left/right as she plays). I could have ordered a small for her, but at the time of my order, the small was $41 and the medium was $17.85. Maybe Small would be better; maybe that would be too little. Due to the weird price difference with the sizes, she definitely got medium!
