I often use whitening strips as they help remove stains from my everyday caffeinated drinks. I've used a lot of different strips and one thing I don't like is that most of them loosen up a bit halfway through the treatment. The plastic strip holding the gel will start to move. I also don't like tearing off the strips and they are literally just more junk in the trash. I really like that these strips are more natural than some wipes and that there is no plastic strip that sits on your teeth and needs to be thrown away. They feel and act like breath strips as they slowly dissipate. You stick the strips on your teeth and just leave them there. When they start to dissolve they are very sticky and you may find that they stick to the inside of your lips a bit, but they absorb liquid fairly quickly enough and dissolve enough to become like a thick gel that sits on your teeth. They take around 15-20 minutes to fully dissolve, but you don't need to remove anything when you're done and they leave a mild but pleasant minty taste and aroma in your mouth. It appears to be a slightly slower bleaching process. I didn't notice any immediate results and you need to do it twice a day for two weeks. I only noticed the results after maybe 1 week but they definitely made a difference in a 2 week period of use and they are easy and pleasant to use.
