I used to be working for EbizNeeds as an account manager in 2016, which was my first experience dealing with them. They were super nice people, always willing to help out even if it wasn't their job (such as helping me figure out how to use some of our accounting tools). The only thing that i felt like could've been better was communication between myself and the rest of the sales team; they seemed really spread out across different time zones so sometimes there would be days where I couldn't reach anyone via phone or email. They also didn't seem too familiar with our product line at times, but this isn't necessarily their fault because we had just recently changed over from another provider to them. Overall though, great customer service. We needed someone to come in and fix all of the problems that our previous vendor caused us. They did more than we expected - fixing The interface is easy to use and it helps me with my daily tasks. I can even upload documents in different formats that help me keep track of them. It's a great tool for those looking for something simple but powerful. It's free so there's nothing to dislike about this program. I highly recommend giving this a try if you're looking for an online file management system. I'm able to organize all of my files quickly and easily. This allows me to track my progress and stay organized.
