Worked with a Casablanca Next Generation Saber 5 band switch
Bought a house with a pair of Casablanca Sabers circa 1995. Only one original remote was present. These fans used a 5 dip switch remote control which is no longer found, Casablanca and Hunter switched to a 4 dip switch transmitter decades ago. Receiver DIP switches (Thanks for posting!). I managed to get the following two combinations to work: Tx: dip 1-3 ON, dip 4 OFF. Rx: Dip 1-4 ON, Dip 5 OFF. Tx: dip 1-2 ON, dip 3-4 OFF Rx: dip 1-3 ON, dip 4-5 OFF. Others will probably work, I only needed two.
