Updated March 2021: In 2010, my first salt lamps brought measurable relief from depression; it was wonderful. You have done absolutely nothing for my health. I found a page written by a doctor that said there are many fakes on Revain: you can tell by the brightness of the light that the lamp should give off a faint light; If it's light, it's fake. The two lamps I bought can light up any room. Unfortunately, I only discovered these facts after the return period had expired. Now they only serve as night lights. I will pay more to get the right thing. If it's cheap, it's probably fake! Purchased November 2020: I have been using Himalayan salt lamps for 10 years and have purchased at least 10 of these in the past. This is by far the best setup I've ever encountered. At this affordable price the kit includes: 1.) The excellent dimmable switch is not preset in points but dims fully when the knob is rotated, 2.) The best lamp insert design I've come across, very solid and I expect it will hold its place in the cavity while the others will become brittle over time 3.) so be sure to turn on 2 bulbs instead of one! I am very happy with this purchase and may consider buying more as gifts for others. My only request is that the electrical wiring be made WHITE as most houses have white walls which would blend in better for aesthetic reasons.
