Update: I wanted to update this review because it's been a few weeks which means a single pair of shoes will let you know. However, today I thought to myself that these are my favorite shoes I have ever worn. They are just incredibly comfortable! And they haven't lost that comfort in the many miles I've ridden with them. If I lived somewhere that it never rained and never got cold I would just buy a few pairs of these different colors and wear nothing else. ----------------------------- These are great shoes. The outsole provides support in all the right places when walking. For too long I've bought hiking shoes just because there are so many better options, but now I see that real running shoes are the way to go. The tread on them as it is is definitely suitable for asphalt and it is excellent for asphalt. On the other hand, I slipped a bit on the slick concrete floor and I doubt I would dare take them off-road. But the sole overall is amazing, don't get me wrong. They don't have the usual thick memory foam insoles like Skechers, which I think is a good thing. The new material is thinner and looks pretty good. You still can't get the insole out which is a shame and that's my only real hit with them (and I'd deduct half a star for that if I could). The knitted nature of the shoe is amazing. This is fabric, not the plastic braid you find in some boots. You can really feel the breeze on your toes as you walk! This makes them very light and comfortable. Also, I wear 10.5 4E and they fit me perfectly. They are exceptionally comfortable!
