Swimsuit arrived quickly, exactly as pictured. Ordered size 18 months for my almost 2 year old because he has a small waist. There is no network in the tribes. These are just shorts with a soft elastic waistband. They're pretty tight. I could probably order 2t but was concerned they would be too big when wet.
