I ordered it for my 12 year old son. He usually wears the XL (14/16) size that this rashguard advertises. When we got it he tried it on and it's BEAUTIFUL! It will likely fit a size 10/12, so order one size up. The material is excellent, the logo is beautiful. It was too small and in addition to being small overall, it was cut a little short. Unfortunately we sent it back.

I bought this for my son. When it arrived the stitching was damaged and I immediately sent it back and bought the same shirt a second time. The second shirt had the same defective seam in a different place. He wore it once and the stitching started to unravel. This product is not well made and wasted my time twice. I am sending the second shirt back and will buy it from a manufacturer who hopefully has better quality.

This is a great swimsuit for our son (age 8, 23" waist, 23-24" chest, 45lbs and 48" tall) - fits very well (we chose a size 6 based on the size chart) and the shirt is comfortable (not skin tight and not too big). We have removed the cut out tag. - It has been used 4 times on the beach and once in the backyard pool and has held up very well. - It washes and dries easily after each use. So far no problems with this shirt. Fits well. Seems well done. I've been washed once so far and it seems like it's going to take a while to grow out!

Size small, one size larger. My son is 10 and wears 12/14 and 14/16 was just right. The bad thing is that he wore it 3 times and the seam came undone. poorly made

Great rash guard for my 11 year old. He loves the feel and fit of the shirt. This is a heavier material that can withstand the beach and pool. And good sun protection! Overall good value for money and recommended.

A decent shirt - looks good and protects from the sun. My son usually wears size 6-7 and size xs fits him. I wash them on delicates and hang them to dry but the logo on the front came off in the middle of summer. Not a big deal as the shirt still works, but it really should last longer. I'm fine with what we have but would not buy this brand of rashguard again.

I ordered this sun shirt for my 10 year old son who is quite tall for his age and honestly a smaller size. It will most likely grow out by next year. So crap about that. overall it is good quality. Would like a larger size.

This shirt is a piece of junk. We ordered it in early June and within a month a few stitches had come undone and the front design was completely ruined. Spend a dollar or two more and buy a quality rashguard. This shirt falls apart quickly with daily use.

I bought 3 of these shirts for my grandkids. One shirt started to unravel after 1 swim and the other 2 after about 6 uses. Very bad cut.

I am satisfied with the overall quality and design of this rash guard. It's attractive and functional. I lowered the rating because it arrived with a sticker error. I would have sent it back but we needed it for our upcoming trip. (We ordered another one in a different style and I will give it 5 stars.)

I liked the colors and the feel of the material, but the stitching was poor quality. One sleeve turned out to be re-stitched, as traces and holes from the previous line were clearly visible. I intend to return the item as it is damaged.

I bought a size '8' for my 8 year old who just reached size 8 and an XL '14-16' for my 12 year old who just reached size XL. Both shirts fit around the waist and are a far cry from a size 8 or 14/16. When my boys raise their hands, you can see their navels. which completely defeats the purpose of wearing a sun shirt. Chest, neck and arms are fine. but the shirts are not long at all. This shirt fits snugly on a small 5 year old child. We've worn it all summer and it hasn't gotten any sunburn and the shirt has held up well. I think when I first got it I thought the material was very flimsy and cheap but it really works.

I ordered this shirt for my son, it's tight and shorter than he prefers so we'll be returning it. As he raises his arms, the skin between the shorts and the top is revealed. maybe that wouldn't have happened if he was wet and stretched, but he has a long torso so we're back.

The quality is excellent / the sizing needs to be considered... When it comes to seasonal clothing, I try to order my son one size up. He is usually an eight in Target/Old Navy attire. I ordered 10 and it looks more like an eight. Little Eight. I would recommend ordering one size up, two sizes up if you intend to wear more than one season.

Good fit, but the logo peels off after just a few strokes. I will contact customer service to see if this is common or if they can fix it.

Maybe I understood that, but the shirt was small. Glad I used the basic wardrobe so my son tried on these and the swim shorts before buying them. Great feature. I got them because I realized they are for husky kids and not. Really a shame because it's good.
