My daughter is 21 months old, she is tiny and this is perfect for her. It's light weight makes it easy to drive and we don't have a problem with it falling over when turning. Handle and seat are adjustable. I put the seat in the smallest position so she has more room as she grows. She's just learning to push with her feet, maybe once she gets the hang of it we'll switch to tricycle mode. Even at her age you can get on the pedals.
