Fits perfectly, doesn't dangle. Lots of storage options for 2-3 hour unsupported runs or perfect for any distance as long as it is supported. Very light and breathable. The "sweatproof" pocket for salt bags isn't exactly sweatproof, but we all knew that, right? I use it as a key pouch and put the electrolytes in another pocket in ziplock bags. Trekking pole straps work great and are easily accessible on the go. Not my usual load but I've run with 4 x 600ml bottles and 90 degree trekking poles and this vest just doesn't bounce, it fits like a glove and breathes well. Definitely no complaints, this is a great vest for trail running. I have used many vests from most of the big names and for 2-3 hours this is the best I have ever used. fits perfectly. I bought a large one at first, but it only fitted properly when fully tightened.
