The perfect vest! on hydration packs

Love this vest, just what I was looking for, lots of pockets and light weight. I believe it's unisex so went with the small one. I'm 5ft 5in, 121lbs, small chest. The front closure is adjustable, which is ideal when you're running low on water and need to tighten it.

Pros
  • RECOMMENDED USE - Very light race vest for minimalist runners who like to carry bottles on their back. Numerous stretch mesh pockets are ideal for organizing and storing gear.

Plenty of pockets for accessories

I recently updated the Aspire vest which was smaller and older. The Momentum has plenty of pockets, but I was disappointed that the front pocket didn't have a zipper or lanyard for my phone like my old vest had. As I bent down to tie my shoelaces, the phone fell out. My solution was to sew a small ripstop nylon drawstring bag to fit my phone, which I attached to one of the front pockets. I also like the vest and it is very comfortable to wear.

Pros
  • ANTI-SWEET TAPE - will not absorb water, soak through or weigh down

Great fit vest, lightweight and breathable, no bouncing.

Fits perfectly, doesn't dangle. Lots of storage options for 2-3 hour unsupported runs or perfect for any distance as long as it is supported. Very light and breathable. The "sweatproof" pocket for salt bags isn't exactly sweatproof, but we all knew that, right? I use it as a key pouch and put the electrolytes in another pocket in ziplock bags. Trekking pole straps work great and are easily accessible on the go. Not my usual load but I've run with 4 x 600ml bottles and 90 degree trekking polesโ€ฆ

Weird woman - too long for me as a petite woman

I liked the idea of this vest and the way it looked. My problem is usually that I have a small tummy (2 kids and over 50) and the style and way the laces run struggles with too much pressure in that area I don't want any constriction in that area (stomach) and that's where the vest hits me like hell so it was too long for me this would be great for a lot taller and/or much thinner person (who I think this brand generally shines for - a runner who is very lean, has a flat stomach, is taller andโ€ฆ
