I like that it's easy enough anyone without advanced technical knowledge can use this product with little training required (although there could be more tutorials).

Also you don't have too many options once setup so its not very customizable if thats what your looking into when choosing an option in noctions irp service offerings. You should really give them some serious consideration because they've been around since 2013 which shows their dedication towards customer satisfaction! We were trying solve our peering problems between two large corporations who both had issues reaching each other but we didn’t want everyone involved having direct access or even knowing about any of these peers due to privacy concerns/security reasons etc..
