When I received this product I was surprised to hear all the songs the boy is singing with a heavy Australian accent. I almost decided to return the book, but my son liked it so much that I decided to keep it for myself. The songs are only about 5-10 seconds long (the boy only sings the first verse or chorus) and there is soft/minimal background music (I would have preferred longer songs and louder background music). The pictures are cute and the music buttons are easy for my son to press. Overall I like the book (so much that I bought two more Ditty Bird books). My husband and I now sing these songs with an Australian accent. :)
