I'm a 36DD and I ordered the medium.The dress fit nicely through the bust and didn't cling to the belly or hips.I plan to wear this with leggings since I'm 5'7" and feel it's a bit too short as a dress for me. Nicely fabric and the item is exactly as pictured.
