I was quite skeptical about ordering Graywind blinds as they have to be shipped from China and a lot of the reviews say people have had a lot of contact with the company. I ordered a large 100% blackout dark gray window with a wired WiFi drive. Ordered with payment for expedited shipping. I also ordered a remote control and plastic side pieces to block the light around the window (I want it to be black in the room). I entered the information after careful measurement. There are many options that will make you think about the installation. They quickly emailed me to check the size. I answered. The blinds arrived exactly on the promised day in a long thin box. It was packaged neatly and was easy to unpack. I found the instructions very easy to read. The kit included more screws and hardware than I needed. I drilled the holes and installed it myself in no more than 15 minutes. I didn't have to program to adjust the length or height of the roll. The remote pairing process took maybe 2 minutes. The Wi-Fi connection instructions via the Tuya app were very clear. There was a picture that was a bit off as they probably updated the app but that wasn't a problem. I got my shutters up and running in my Google Home app in less than 15 minutes. Some people have said they are loud in the reviews. They really aren't loud. It's not dead quiet, but I can't believe they'll be quieter than they are. It just sounds like a little electric motor is running and they're moving pretty fast. I immediately ordered more for other windows. Update 09/29/21: Both my blinds continue to work perfectly. We open and close them using Google Home routines, and this happens at least twice a day, almost always more often. Happy with the purchase. We are now using Windows, which we just left closed.
