Instructions aren't good, nor is support. We had a network change and the keyboard didn't stop looking for the old IP address even after removing it from the keyboard. We couldn't connect after a whole week of trying. In a hail mary, we factory reset the keyboard. Yes, don't do this as it will reset everything to Chinese or Cantonese. At the moment this is totally useless as we can neither control nor read what the menu is. The bee is VERY aware that the producer is a cheap cheap fly or a piece of shit. If you want basic setup instructions, avoid it like the plague. We're still not sure how it worked in the first place as it wouldn't connect at all and suddenly started working on its own.
