Instructions aren't good, nor is support. We had a network change and the keyboard didn't stop looking for the old IP address even after removing it from the keyboard. Good ONVIF ptz kbd. I expected to be disappointed by a PTZ camera with a small monitor, but I had no problems. Video quality is good IMneverHO. We remind others that especially ONVIF PTZ kbds can be a problem for pan and tilt. When I'm looking for preset locations, this works great.
