This is a really amazing controller to use to control the cameras for our live broadcasts. So, that would be my recap until Sunday. Sunday, 4 months after we started using this controller, its screen went black and then a string of characters appeared on the screen. I started contacting support, which is very difficult with this company, I ended up reaching out through the Facebook group. I received an instant message from the company that since I had been away for 90 days, the controller was no longer covered. Beware of this company. This controller was put on the panel and not moved every 4 months, it was used every week, it was not abused in any way and just failed. I will no longer buy Leftek products.
