The tool has been very useful to us because it is able to provide an overview of our information security posture without having all IT resources at hand; this reduces risk by minimizing threats that are not easily identified or mitigated within current processes/policies.

Also, easy access from anywhere allows remote monitoring when needed. There isn't anything I dislike about FedVault so far! It's pretty good overall but perhaps could be improved if more fields were added such as network topology diagramming tools like Cisco Prime etc. We use Fedvaults web interface which makes managing multiple sites much easier than using individual VPNs - no need anymore to open up separate applications just view them through one window.
