Review on 🚗 RareForm JDM to USDM License Plate Adapter Mount Bracket Conversion Kit - 3D CDM Base Fastener Converter (1-Pack) by Jason Franco

Bought for a 1994 RHD Toyota Celica GT-Four JDM and it works as advertised. As mentioned, the marked screws are short (although they should be), but I installed the smoke screen at the same time, so I ended up using longer screws anyway. The installation went pretty quickly, even when different screws came together. Definitely worth the price considering others are much more expensive. Will be updated when there are changes.
